Age-Friendly Festival Volunteer Opportunities

One Of The Greatest Gifts You Can Give Is Your Time
Volunteers are vital to the success of the Age-Friendly Festival (AFF) and, more importantly, to driving our community’s age-friendly movement to build a livable community for all ages.
On Friday, October 27, and Saturday, October 28, 2017, volunteers will be needed to support the AFF in a variety of roles and shifts at the Sarasota Fairgrounds.

Community service hours will be available for youth, and there will be a need for bilingual volunteers. Brief descriptions of the exciting volunteer opportunities are shown below.

A "Sign Up to Volunteer" link is available at the bottom of this page, and on the signup form you will be able to select specific time slots.
All Age-Friendly Festival Volunteers will be required to attend one volunteer orientation the week before the festival. Further information on orientation dates, times, and locations will be available very soon.
